WHY

FRAMEMOG?

Frame refers to the way an individual carries themselves within social dynamics and the overall presence they project. A large part of it is rooted in genetics, while the rest is influenced by external factors.

Framemog was created to evaluate these traits through a simple and accessible scoring system, allowing users to gain a rough sense of where their physical structure stands within the general population.

At the same time, while researching the aspects that can be improved, I share the sources, methods, and recommendations that I find useful in the Recommendations section.

Framemog is not a scientific or medical assessment tool. This platform was created purely for entertainment, personal curiosity, and the purpose of bringing an original project idea to life.

How was the scoring system created?

Framemog’s scoring system was not created randomly or based purely on personal preference. While developing the system, I examined average values for height, shoulder width, and other body measurements reported in various anthropometric studies and used them as reference points.

After comparing data from different sources and evaluating the broader patterns, I adapted these values into a simpler and more understandable scoring system designed specifically for the purpose of the site.

As a result, Framemog scores are not the direct outcome of any single study. Instead, they represent an approximate evaluation model built from multiple datasets, population averages, and comparative analysis.

Framemog’s scoring system is not a scientifically validated measurement method, diagnostic tool, or academic standard. The studies used serve only as references, while the scores themselves are the result of Framemog’s own interpretation and classification system.

For this reason, the results should not be interpreted as definitive scientific conclusions, but rather as an entertainment-oriented and broadly comparative assessment.

Framemog scores are designed for entertainment and comparative purposes only.
